About

Living a life based upon our values has made all the difference.

We are fortunate to have amazing parents, friends, and mentors who have poured into us, and help guide us along our path.

Today we strive to pay it forward and leave a positive impact on the world around us through our actions, attitude, mentorship and leadership.

About us

Our passion for leadership, teamwork, and helping others has led us on an entrepreneur journey.

Upon graduating college, we were on the fast track to the corporate lifestyle. Commuting to work every single day, collecting a paycheck, living for the weekends, and trying to maximize our limited vacation time. We grew up as competitive athletes, excellent students, and knew in the back of our minds that there had to be more to life than this.

Rebecca was on her way to becoming a teacher. Her goal coming out of college was to get her master’s degree, start her teaching career, and start a family. Rebecca worked a full time job, went to school and night, and was nervous about actually landing a teaching position. She learned a lot about the educational system, and corporate America during this time. That there’s no guarantees for employment no matter where your teaching certifications are from, that you’re never paid what you’re truly worth (teachers are so underpaid), and having “summers off” is a joke because typical teachers waitress or lifeguard every summer to make ends meet.

Alex’s goal coming out of college was to break into the medical sales industry based upon family recommendations. He worked hard building his resume in customer service, outside sales, and eventually he was offered a pharmaceutical sales position. He learned a lot about the traditional business world during this time. That you’re never paid what you’re truly worth, promotions are never fully under your control, advancing up the corporate ladder may require relocation, and having to request time off can be frustrating.

During this time we met our mentor. We began to realize that successful people played a different game, and played by a different set of rules. We needed to reeducate ourselves on success, and business, and clearly define what we wanted out of life. We grew up being asked what we wanted to be when we grew up, but nobody ever asked us how we wanted to live. When we crystallized how we wanted to live, the rest fell into place.

The secret to success is finding someone who is where you want to be in life, and if you do what they’ve done, you’ll eventually have what they have. The problem isn’t in finding someone who has the results, it’s in convincing them to take you under their wing, and coach you to follow in their footsteps. We believe that mentorship is a priceless gift, and we’re so thankful that it has been shared with us. We are excited about our journey together, helping others succeed, and paying it forward.
